Order processing time

We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products and services. We have multiple warehouses in the US. and will ship your order within 72 hours after you placing it.

Most in-stock items will ship within 72 hours of ordering; however, during special events order processing can take 3-7 business days. 

Occasionally, items may be out of stock and will be cancelled from your order. You will be notified by email about any cancellation in this case. We will not charge you for items that are cancelled.

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information, and the tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update.

For domestic orders we offer FREE Standard shipping. (Only in the continental United States)

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US nationally observed holidays.

How long does it take to ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day.

The total delivery time is the sum of the production time, processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time is the time between when you place an order and when we ship it. This includes picking, quality check, and packing. It usually takes 1 business day.

Shipping time is the time carrier takes to deliver, usually 3-8 days for standard shipping and 2-3 for expedited.

For presale products, we will notify once the order is ready.

Please note that due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, our shipping ETAs have been longer than usual in some cases. 

In general, items sold at AIWEN LIGHTING can be delivered within 45 days.
