For component problem:
If parts of the light are missing after receiving the package, you can contact us by email Jissenia@chandelierbox.com and we can arrange a replacement parts shipment for you or provide other assistance.
For any reason return:
Purchases made on our website can be returned for any reason up to 30 days after delivery.
For quality problem return:
Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item. Purchases made on our website can be returned for qualify doesn't meet your expectations up to 2 months after delivery.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
